At Modexus, we're on a mission to make your delivery experience smooth and enjoyable. In the rare chance of a Modexus Shipping hiccup – like sending the wrong item or not hitting your provided address – we will swiftly send a replacement product or package at zero extra cost to you.
While we've got shipping covered, it's your job to keep that delivery spot secure. Once the carrier tracking cheers "success, package delivered" we can't replace a lost or stolen package. No worries though, simply contact us via support@modexus.com and we will be happy to discuss options.
Oops! If you've ordered the wrong thing or gave us the wrong shipping scoop, we can't play or pay the postman for replacements. These types of errors will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once your Regular cart or Smart Ship order jets off to you, it is set in stone. No cancellations or edits. For returns, don't play tag with the carrier or refuse the package; just drop us a note at support@modexus.com, and we'll hook you up with a return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount. Sounds fair, agree?
And hey just one more thing to keep things rolling smoothly for us all, two days before each Smart Ship process, we will give you a heads up via email. Please just remember, Monthly Product Smart Ships cannot ship backward once they have started their journey to your wellness cabinet. Be sure to make all necessary adjustments PRIOR to the scheduled date of processing. All Smart Ship orders process 7A ET US on time and every day!

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM Pacific Time.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MODEXUS is ONLY responsible for a successful Order Delivery to the Order Address listed on the order during order placement. All 3rd party order forwarding services, last mile carriers, or other AFTER successful initial order delivery to address on record are the responsibility of the Modexus Customer and/or Advocate.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
